Experienced board director, former healthcare CEO, strategy implementation expert, and university professor with more than 30 years of leadership experience across healthcare, government, education, and consulting.
Recognized for expertise in corporate governance, strategy oversight, organizational transformation, and operational excellence.
Dr. White currently serves as an Advisory Member of the Board the Institute of Practical Project Management. He has served on the board of directors of a power generation and engineering services startup, as well as, on the board of directors of the Global Board of Directors of the Project Management Institute (PMI), the world’s leading professional association for project management professionals. Additionally, he also served as a Director of the PMI Educational Foundation.
His background combines global governance experience, executive leadership of complex organizations, consulting expertise, and academic thought leadership.

Directed national healthcare benefit operations responsible for the distribution of pharmaceuticals and healthcare services across Jamaica.
